Signature Gallery is at 303 W. St. Julian Street in City Market, Savannah, GA. and is the location of Phil's paintings.  Phil is represented in this prime location gallery in the middle of Savannah's lovely historic district.  The hours of the gallery are Monday thru Thursday from 10:30 to 6, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 9  and Sunday from 11 until 5 pm.
